We only refund or replace products if they are defective or damaged in transit. To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your product and your jewellery must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, kindly send us an email at email@example.com, with the reason for return/exchange along with photograph of the jewellery you received, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not offer return/exchange on earrings, for hygiene reasons.
All our products are handmade by artisans, due to which there maybe uneven surfaces and slight variations in appearance, making each of our product unique.
Although you can view the product price in the currency of your choice (USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, INR) - orders will be processed in our store's currency (AUD).
